"Fashion is fantasie", once said the legendary Vogue editor-in-chief Diana Vreeland. Visionary products need a visionary language. Fashion texts are more than monosyllabic captions. I juggle, experiment and work with language until the result matches the described product and meets the expectations of the target group. I am constantly on the hunt for trends, for the shared and individual aspects of fashion, art, culture and architecture. The interaction of different disciplines furthermore challenges me in my daily work. My journalistic know-how is a valuable asset when it comes to PR texts and translations. The knowledge, how to write target group-oriented press releases, helps me to pen focussed reports. I write in German and in English. I shift between topics, texts, languages and worlds. After living and working in Frankfurt and Hamburg, Germany, I moved to Sydney, Australia, in March 2007. From this new base I work for German and Australian clients, translate collection reports, develop press releases and report about the creative potential of the Fifth Continent.
